Pastel Effect

Jumper - Zara ● Trouser - Zara (similar here or here) ● Chunky Sandals - New Look
Wishbone necklace - Forever 21 (similar here) ● Jacket - Topshop (similar here)

These trousers. Enough said. Ok, maybe not quite enough said considering I am supposed to be actually writing a blog post but if I could sum this post up those are most definitely the two words I would use. Seriously, I bought these trousers from Zara after just popping in to take a quick look around at the new Spring collection and what not and they cost me only £7.99. Now, if that isn't a bargain then I don't know what is. I have become so addicted to buying 'bargains' nowadays that when I add up the sum total of all the 'bargains' I've bought it's just not that cheap anymore but hey I am a self confessed shopaholic so it's ok, right?
I also nabbed this pastel jumper for a great price, I find Zara can either be really expensive or really reasonable so it's always fun to have a look around. The outfit as a whole is quite a different style for what I would usually go for but I am finding the longer I have this blog and the more amazing blogs I find to follow, the more inspired I become to branch out and try new things. I would never normally pair a pastel knit such as this with printed trousers but it's something that really seems to work, well in my eyes anyway aha.

On a very different note, pancake day is Tuesday and I am stupidly excited to have an excuse to eat pancakes for breakfast, lunch and dinner and maybe the next day as well.
Oh, also huge appreciation for these New Look shoes which will probably end up battered due to the many times I wear them through Spring and Summer so it's good that they got pictured now.

Hope you like the outfit and have an unlimited supply of pancakes on Tuesday.
