Tornado Alley

First, I would like to start with an apology as I know pictures taken inside aren't exactly the most exciting to look at, especially my blank wall, but as you can see from above the wind is getting the better of me and my blog.
Tornado may be a slight exaggeration but living by the seafront it gets very, very windy so I hope you can forgive my current pictures. Hopefully the next set will be a tad more interesting then a blank wall but hey ho.

Clicking on the shop name will take you to the item:
Dress - Urban Outiftters
Crochet Top - H&M (similar hereBoots - Topshop

There is a similar dress to this in Topshop at the moment, which you can find here, but I am not a big lover of leopard print so opted for this Urban Outfitters number instead. I really love the dual tone of the dress as it creates a great contrast and is a great way of looking like you have made an effort when well let's face it all you have done is stick a dress over your head. Some days lazy dressing is needed, which is why I find the concept of a dress so great even in Winter.

Last night I had a few friends round and I ate a bit too much cake, so I am currently recovering from a cake-induced coma so I will leave this post here.

What do you think of contrasting patterns?
